  • We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other payment options (cards, checks, digital wallets) are accepted.
  • Payment must be made in cash (US dollars) directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of your package.
  • The total payment amount includes the product price, applicable shipping fees, and no additional COD charges.
  • Failure to pay upon delivery may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to specified regions within the US (see our Shipping page for details). Delivery times range from 3–7 business days.
  • You (or an authorized recipient) must be present to accept the delivery and make payment.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if products are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund (including return shipping costs). For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued in cash (matching your COD payment) within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Custom orders (if applicable) and final-sale items are non-refundable.

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and sizing information for all products. However, minor discrepancies (e.g., color variations due to screen settings) may occur.
  • Sizing charts are provided as a guide; we recommend reviewing them carefully before ordering.
